Hi all. Just wanted to log on for a bit and wish all the moms a Happy Mother's Day!!! I'll be leaving to New York in a few weeks (if the dates go well alongside school this semester) to see the new Manhattan Temple that was just constructed!!! It's gonna be so much fun. With all the Church's historic sites in upstate New York, I hope we find the time to see a bit more outside the city... But it all really depends on the semester. Have you guys seen the San Diego Temple? It's the most beautiful architecture I have ever seen. I would love, just love to be married within these walls. For time and all eternity. Brothers and Sisters in the Gospel. Coco and others, just sending my love...Good for you to strengthen your desire to return to Church after this little discussion. Visitors may also be impressed by the modern World Trade Center which serves as a center for every kind of international business; the headquarters of the United Nations composed entirely of glass; a complex of building known as the Rockefeller Center with a lage golden statue of Prometheus in front of it; an Carnegie Hall - a huge and splendid concert hall. The city's main artery is Broadway, the theatrical district where visitors have a uniqu opportunity to see the most popular plays and musicals. New York is not only 'glas and steel' constructions. It also includes more picturesqu and quiet places such as Central Park (although sometimes it is dangerous to walk ther alone), Greenwich Village, 'Little Italy' or Chinatown. Jej ojciec był mechanikiem, matka zajmowała się prowadzeniem domu oraz, aby wspomóc skromny budżet, dorywczymi pracami: prasowaniem, sprzątaniem, praniem. Blethyn ukończyła szkołę sekretarską i znalazła zajęcie w biurach Kolei Brytyjskiej. W wieku 20 lat po raz pierwszy wyszła za mąż, za grafika Alana Blethyna, którego nazwisko później zachowała. Rozstała się z nim, gdy w wieku 27 lat, postanowiła zdawać do szkoły teatralnej British Dramatic Society w Guildford. Nikomu nic nie mówiąc przygotowała fragment ze sztuki "The Four Seasons" oraz scenkę z Szekspira i poszła na przesłuchanie, które pomyślnie przeszła.
